Results from the SF-100 ELITE
The SF-100 ELITE is designed for the R&D user who needs simplicity, reliability, and versatility. Our website is not large enough to show all of the substrates you can pattern using the SF-100 ELITE, but some examples of photoresist patterning on the system are shown below in Figure 1:

In addition to the above, many other materials of various shapes and sizes have been patterned on the SF-100 ELITE using standard photolithographic techniques. Additionally, customers have used smart filter technology for other optical processes, such as cellular manipulation, DNA/RNA fabriation, and patterning of mammal tissue.
