This is the main screen used to program the SF-100 ELITE Auto Stage. It's simple graphics user interface allows the user to easily control the system in both automated and manual modes. The user has complete control over all major settings and the screen also provides error messages that speed the resolution of any system issues.

The Rotational Substrate Stage is shown mounted on the SF-100 ELITE Auto Stage system. This configuration allows the user to pattern cylindrical substrates automatically with single button operation. This configuration can provide images as small as 3 microns in size.
