Although the SF-100 ELITE offers exceptional and unparalleled exposure capabilities for making new and innovative products, the exposure process is only one step of the many steps that are often needed to fabricate new devices. Intelligent Micro Patterning has long recognized this and offers products that compliment the SF-100 ELITE. When used together, these products allow the user to fabricate many different and unique micro devices.
There is no standard group of these products that are offered by Intelligent Micro Patterning. Each customer requirement is different and we tailor solutions to meet your process requirements and budget.
