As Intelligent Micro Patterning continues to set new standards for photolithographic processing of non-standard, non-wafer substrates, we’ve found that coating of these substrates is almost as difficult as exposing them. The result is that we’ve developed the LINEAR COATING PLATFORM, a versatile, easy to use system that provides spray and dip coating of many different substrates and materials.
